The EP will vote tomorrow to maintain subsidies on milk powder in the Canary Islands.
Strasbourg (France), May 17 .- The plenary session of European Parliament (EP) to rule tomorrow on a regulation aimed at ensuring the supply of milk powder to the Canary Islands, which will allow maintaining the subsidies to imports of that product in the Archipelago.
A priori, MEPs will give green light to the measure, which has been agreed between representatives of the EP and Member States, aion kinah, and become permanent the exemption which allows the supply of up to 800 tons of milk powder in the Canaries.
